Chen Liubo

Judge Chen Liubo, male, was born in June 1978. Chen obtained a master’s degree in international economic law and another master’s degree in common law the University of Hong Kong. He also obtained a scholarship from the University of Hong Kong and went to study at the Birmingham Law School. He successively worked at Civil Division II, Civil Division I, Executive Bureau and Research Office of Yantian District People’s Court.
